Lemony Hummus Sandwich

Ingredients
  • Sourdough or any other bread of your choice 
  • Vinis Hummus
  • Sliced Onions – 1 med size
  • Grated Carrot – 1 medium size
  • Microgreens of your choice
  • Cucumber sliced – 1 medium size
  • Lemon – 1
Directions
  1. 1.

    Slice the bread and toast it.

  2. 2.

    Put a layer of Vinis hummus.

  3. 3.

    Put a layer of cucumber, top it with grated carrot, microgreens and sliced onions.

  4. 4.

    Squeeze few drops of lemon juice on top and your high protein open sandwich is ready !
